Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate heavy transport vehicles and dump trucks safely and efficiently.
- Transport construction materials, soil, gravel, sand, and other heavy loads to designated locations.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Follow Saudi Arabia and company traffic, safety, and transportation regulations.
- Load and unload materials safely while maintaining proper load distribution.
- Maintain accurate trip, delivery, fuel, and vehicle inspection records.
- Report vehicle faults, breakdowns, accidents, or maintenance requirements to the supervisor.
- Perform basic vehicle checks, including tires, engine oil, coolant, brakes, lights, and hydraulic systems.
- Maintain the cleanliness and good operating condition of the assigned vehicle.
- Follow assigned routes, schedules, and site instructions.
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, site staff, and customers.
- Work effectively in demanding construction and outdoor environments.
- Demonstrate safe driving practices with a strong focus on accident prevention and vehicle protection.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experienced and responsible Heavy Transport / Dump Truck Driver with 7+ years of professional driving experience.
- 7+ years of Saudi Arabia driving experience and 6 years of driving experience in Pakistan.
- Strong knowledge of heavy vehicle operation, construction-site transportation, and safe material handling.
- Safety-conscious driver with a clean and responsible approach to vehicle operation.
- Able to work long shifts, under pressure, and in challenging weather and site conditions.
- Good knowledge of vehicle inspection, basic maintenance, and fault reporting.
- Reliable, punctual, disciplined, and committed to company rules and safety procedures.
- Able to communicate in Urdu, English, Arabic, and Punjabi.
- Physically fit and willing to work as part of a professional team.
