Here’s Where You’ll Be Focusing
Key Business Functions, Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Act as the customer-facing ambassador of the Voilà banner.
- Provide excellent customer service to home-delivery e-commerce customers. Create a positive home-delivery experience through friendly interaction in each home.
- Deliver to each customer in a professional, polite, and engaging manner, following Voilà customer service standards.
- Solve customer issues in the home when possible. Assess each situation and take the right action with the Delivery Supervisor and Customer Service team.
- Deliver groceries to customers within scheduled delivery slots. Deliveries may include high-rise buildings, basement flats, and remote locations.
- Keep customers informed about any issues or changes to their planned delivery.
- Escalate customer concerns when needed.
- Make order adjustments at the point of delivery according to system and customer service requirements.
- Stay flexible when completing or changing work assignments based on customer requests and daily delivery schedules.
- Protect the company vehicle by completing daily and required vehicle checks, keeping fuel levels maintained, and following maintenance and reporting procedures.
- Report any vehicle deficiencies or damage immediately.
- Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly in different road conditions. Keep the vehicle clean, tidy, and well cared for.
- Operate the vehicle safely at all times while following company safety policies, procedures, highway rules, and regulations.
- Make sure products are loaded properly in the assigned vehicle.

Selected Teammates will work from both Voilà facilities, Vaughan and Etobicoke.
The schedule will include 2 days at the Vaughan facility and 2 days at the Etobicoke facility.
What You Have to Offer
- Experience providing excellent customer service.
- A G-class licence with at least 6 months of validity and an interest in driving.
- A clean driver’s abstract.
- Ability to lift up to and including 50 lbs (25 kilos) at a time. This may be repeated throughout the shift, and you may need to use stairs.
- Ability to drive comfortably in urban, suburban, and rural areas. This includes highways, main roads, side streets, and country roads.
- Confidence driving during the day and at night, including in inclement weather.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and possibly holidays, as delivery operations run 7 days a week.
- Ability to lift up to 6 feet high and reach above your head.
Working Conditions
- A company uniform will be provided.
- Paid training is provided during the first week of employment, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.
- This is a home-delivery role. You will drive a company-assigned vehicle and make door-to-door deliveries.
- Work may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and variable shifts.
- The job includes physical activity such as lifting, carrying, and climbing stairs. Work may also take place in adverse or inclement weather.
