Case Marine is seeking a skilled and motivated Welder Job in Mexico to join its experienced marine engineering team. This role is ideal for welders who are proficient in TIG, MIG, and SMAW welding and who are eager to expand their skills into Reverse Osmosis (RO) desalination equipment used on large passenger ships, commercial fishing vessels, and shore-based plants. The position offers a unique blend of shop-based fabrication work and periodic international travel, providing long-term career growth in the marine and industrial sector.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform TIG, MIG, and SMAW welding on marine and industrial equipment
- Carry out pipe fitting and TIG welding on:
- Carbon steel
- 316 stainless steel
- 2507 super duplex stainless steel
- Copper-nickel alloys
- Perform structural welding on:
- Carbon steel channels and I-beams
- 304 stainless steel channel and rectangular tubing
- Support fabrication, service, and installation of Reverse Osmosis (RO) desalination equipment
- Assist with installation and service projects on ships, fishing vessels, and shore-based plants
- Work primarily in the shop with periodic domestic and international travel
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism
- Collaborate respectfully with team members and customers
Requirements
- TIG welding experience (required)
- Willingness to learn additional welding and mechanical skills
- Ability to lift and carry items as required for welder/fitter duties
- Commitment to quality, teamwork, and customer satisfaction
- Must pass a criminal background check to confirm eligibility for international travel
- Willingness to travel approximately 15% of the time
- Must be vaccinated or willing to receive required vaccinations for international travel
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing

Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage: $24.00 – $35.00 per hour (DOE)
- Overtime pay available
- All travel and out-of-town work paid at a minimum of 12 hours per day
- Overtime paid at time and a half for hours over 40 per week
