Responsibilities
- Deliver customer orders quickly, safely, and accurately
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries
- Take customer orders in person and over the phone
- Operate the cash register and handle payments correctly
- Assist with food preparation when required
- Perform in-shop duties such as makeline support and order taking during non-delivery periods
- Complete cleaning tasks including kitchen, lobby, restrooms, and surrounding areas
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws at all times
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a personal vehicle
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Proof of auto insurance
- Ability to drive safely and follow all road rules
- Willingness to work as an in-shop team member when deliveries are slow
- Authorization to work in the United States
