  • Maintain Outlook calendars, SharePoint sites, and mail groups
  • Coordinate travel itineraries and meeting arrangements
  • Provide meeting support and coordination assistance

Office & General Administration Support

  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Support customer service-related administrative tasks
  • Assist with Easybuy PR creation for office and factory supplies
  • Prepare clean room visitor items and related materials
  • Support office administration activities
  • Assist in organizing team-building events

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed relevant studies
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage administrative and coordination tasks
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook and SharePoint
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
