Job Summary – Part 1

The Harvest Works Crew position at Huon is a hands-on, full-time role that focuses on preparing pods for harvest and supporting day-to-day on-water farm activities. Working within a small, dedicated team, you will be directly involved in maintaining equipment, monitoring fish health, and ensuring operations run smoothly.

The position is based near Dover and follows a 7/7 roster, allowing for a balanced lifestyle with time both on and off the water. It also provides an excellent pathway into the aquaculture industry, offering on-the-job training and the opportunity to complete a Certificate III in Aquaculture, including a Coxswain’s ticket.

Key Responsibilities
