Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort is excited to expand our housekeeping department. Multiple casual opportunities are now available.

About the Job
- Maintain high standards by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms. This includes making beds with precision, vacuuming floors, and cleaning bathrooms to ensure a pristine environment.
- Complete cleaning tasks efficiently within the hours allocated by the company.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily cleaning targets and operational goals.
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental standards.
- Use specialised cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively. All training and tools are provided.
- Build strong, professional relationships with team members, guests, and contractors. This helps foster a positive and respectful work environment.
Shift Details
Subject to change:
- Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday.
- Shifts starting between 8:00 am and 9:00 am.
Hourly Rates
Excluding superannuation:
- Monday – Friday: $33.85 per hour
- Saturday: $40.62 per hour
- Sunday: $47.39 per hour
Qualifications
Successful Candidates Will Have
- Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles will be highly regarded.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Basic understanding of safe handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Training will be provided.
- Good physical fitness and stamina, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Professional and clear communication skills to interact with guests, team members, and contractors.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
