About the role
This full-time position involves preparing lunch for site staff and cleaning the site office and restrooms at a construction site in Cebu City. The working hours are Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. In the morning, you will shop for groceries, cook lunch, and wash dishes until lunchtime. After a break, you will clean the site office, meeting room, and restrooms in the afternoon. All cooking and cleaning tools and supplies will be provided by the company.
Key responsibilities
• Morning to Lunchtime (Lunch Preparation):
・Go grocery shopping for ingredients. A company car will be used for transportation.
・Prepare and cook lunch for the site staff.
— Note on Meals: We are a Japanese company with Japanese staff working on-site. However, cooking Filipino cuisine is perfectly fine. The daily lunch menu must include rice, two vegetable-rich dishes, and one soup.
・After lunch, clean up and wash the dishes.
• Afternoon (Cleaning):
・Clean the site office, meeting room, and restrooms.
・Flexible Cleaning Schedule: You do not need to clean the entire facility every day. Instead, clean what you can manage during your afternoon shift.
・Restrooms: Restrooms should preferably be cleaned every day. If this is not possible, clean them at least every other day. For example, alternate between the women’s and men’s restrooms each day.

• You should be able to manage your time well. This will help you handle both lunch preparation and cleaning within the daily schedule.
