Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding tasks according to job specifications and drawings
- Prepare materials and equipment before welding operations
- Operate welding tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and strength standards
- Follow workplace health and safety regulations at all times
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area
- Repair or modify metal components as required
- Work independently or as part of a team to meet production targets
- Report any defects, safety issues, or material concerns to supervisors
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Welder
- Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours and up to 60 hours per week
- Strong understanding of welding safety procedures
- Ability to read and follow instructions and technical drawings
