Key Duties and Responsibilities
As a Watchman, your main responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and safeguarding company property, materials, tools, and equipment at the project site
- Controlling the entry and exit of workers, visitors, and vehicles
- Conducting routine patrols around the site to ensure safety and security
- Reporting suspicious activities, safety risks, or incidents to the Site Engineer or Project Manager
- Ensuring all site gates, offices, and storage areas are properly locked and secured after working hours
- Maintaining a visible presence to deter unauthorized access
- Supporting overall site safety and security procedures
Job Requirements
Candidates applying for this role should meet the following requirements:
- Must be currently available in Qatar
- Valid Qatar ID (QID) is mandatory
- Previous experience as a watchman or site security staff is preferred
- Physically fit and capable of working long hours
- Willingness to work night shifts or extended hours if required
