Datacom is looking for a motivated and reliable Storeperson to support the smooth operation of its warehouse activities in Australia. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, ship, and unload trucks and check in equipment
- Sort and place equipment on racks, shelves, or bins according to standards
- Maintain inventory control by recording received and distributed equipment
- Assist with physical inventory counts
- Help coordinate repairs of faulty devices
- Support imaging and asset tagging of new and redeployable devices
- Follow quality service standards, procedures, and safety regulations
- Assist with general warehouse operations as required
Requirements
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing environment
- Ability to follow procedures, rules, and OH&S requirements
- Physically able to lift and move heavy objects
- Previous warehouse experience is not required (but considered a bonus)
- Forklift (FTL) licence is desirable but not essential
