Job Summary – Quality Assurance Inspector
As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that all incoming raw materials, in-process products, and final outputs meet the defined quality and safety standards. You will assist in documentation, inspection processes, and audits to maintain compliance with GMP and ISO standards. This role demands a meticulous approach, strong communication skills, and a drive for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and outgoing product inspections in accordance with defined specifications.
- Prepare and generate detailed QA inspection reports to document findings.
- Support the monitoring and maintenance of ISO 9000, ISO 22000, and FAMI-QS quality systems.
- Assist in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) inspections and report any non-compliance to the Production Head.
- Provide support in investigating product non-conformances and contribute to resolving customer complaints.
- Maintain accurate QA records and assist with documentation for internal and external audits.
- Perform ad-hoc QA duties and support related departments as assigned by the reporting officer.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum ‘O’ Level qualification or equivalent.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail with a good understanding of inspection processes.
- Ability to identify and escalate non-conformance issues effectively.
- Physically able to carry out inspections and tasks requiring strength and agility.
- A team player with the ability to work independently and communicate well with internal departments.
