Key Responsibilities
Office Maintenance & Cleaning
- Maintain cleanliness of office premises including workstations, reception, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.
- Ensure pantry areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Pantry & Refreshments
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, or other refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Monitor pantry supplies and restock as needed.
Reception & Guest Handling
- Greet and guide visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and presentable condition.
Office Support
- Perform basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery.
- Manage office supplies and report replenishment requirements.
Communication Support
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Take messages and relay information when necessary.
Requirements
- High school graduate or higher education preferred.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Presentable appearance with good personal hygiene.
- Prior experience in office support or housekeeping is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Polite, punctual, and professional attitude.
Skills
- Basic computer skills (email, MS Office).
