Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth and assist in creating a positive hotel experience
- Clean and maintain public restrooms, lobbies, function spaces, and back-of-house areas

- Remove waste collected by Room Attendants and deliver requested items to guest rooms (e.g., towels, toiletries, cribs, roll-away beds)
- Refill linen stock in floor pantries and collect soiled linens for laundering
- Clean carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture using professional equipment
- Assist with guest room cleaning and special housekeeping projects as needed
- Support laundry operations and assist with moving heavy furniture items
- Perform deep cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and window washing
- Report lost and found items, maintenance issues, or damages promptly to management
- Undertake additional housekeeping responsibilities as assigned
