Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in New Zealand (NZ citizen, resident, or valid work eligibility)
- Full-time availability for a permanent role
- Full driver’s licence with ability to drive a manual vehicle
- Good physical fitness for outdoor work
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Willingness to communicate professionally with clients and team members
Required Skills
- Ability to safely operate power tools including hedge trimmers, weed eaters, leaf blowers, and lawn mowers
- Knowledge of pruning and grooming various plant species
- Understanding of soil health, appearance, and maintenance
- Experience with fertiliser application, both organic and conventional
- Understanding of pest management, including organic methods
- Strong plant knowledge and garden maintenance experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn and grow
