Key Responsibilities
- Propagation, cultivation, and maintenance of strawberry plants
- Watering, weeding, and pruning to maintain plant health
- Maintaining optimal growing conditions in the nursery
- Preparing plants for sale and transport
- Assisting with inventory management
- Supporting customer service activities when required
- Contributing to achieving top-quality strawberry yields
Requirements
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Horticulture or Agriculture
- Knowledge of different strawberry varieties and their care requirements
- Ability to work full-time in a hands-on agricultural role
- Willingness to perform a variety of nursery and farm-related tasks
