Job Summary – Part 1

AFF is seeking an experienced and motivated Farm Hand to join their operations in Koramba, NSW, located between Boomi and Talwood, and about an hour from Goondiwindi and Moree. As part of this role, you will be involved in all aspects of cotton production and general farm duties.

The role requires you to prepare fields, plant cotton, control weeds and insects, apply fertiliser, irrigate, and support the harvesting process. You will also follow farm strategies under the guidance of the Farm Manager. Job Summary – Part 2

As a Leading Farm Hand, you will not only complete hands-on farming tasks but also provide input and recommendations to support day-to-day farm operations. You will take direction from the Farm Manager, ensuring that all activities align with workplace health and safety (WHS) legislation and farm strategy.
