Key Responsibilities
- Safely deliver and collect rental vehicles on time
- Inspect vehicles before and after each rental
- Record vehicle condition, mileage, and other required details
- Prepare and manage rental contracts accurately
- Collect rental payments during vehicle handover
- Explain rental terms, conditions, and vehicle usage to customers
- Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready for use
- Follow UAE traffic laws and company safety policies
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth handovers
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of total driving experience
- At least 1 year of driving experience in the UAE
- Valid UAE driving license with a clean traffic record
- Experience in car rental operations (minimum 1 year)
- Strong knowledge of Dubai roads and traffic rules
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Physically fit and able to perform daily driving duties
