Job Overview
The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the Bistro, including dining areas, kitchen support areas, and restrooms. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and adherence to hygiene and safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize dining areas, tables, and seating
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchen support and back-of-house areas
- Sweep, mop, and wash floors regularly
- Clean restrooms and replenish supplies
- Dispose of waste properly and safely
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment correctly
- Report any maintenance or safety issues
- Support the team during busy service hours
Requirements
- Previous experience as a cleaner (hospitality experience preferred)
- Ability to work full-time hours
- Physically fit for cleaning duties
- Basic understanding of hygiene and safety procedures
- Ability to follow instructions and schedules
