Responsibilities
As a Housekeeping Attendant, your main duties include:
- Responding promptly to guest requests and departmental needs
- Preparing housekeeping carts with cleaning supplies and linens
- Entering guest rooms according to hotel access procedures
- Replacing amenities, towels, and linens with clean items
- Making beds and maintaining room presentation standards
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and other guest room areas
- Removing trash, dirty linens, and room service items
- Dusting, polishing, and maintaining furniture and room appliances
- Vacuuming carpets and performing general floor care tasks
- Reporting maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged equipment
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, pushing carts, bending, and standing for long periods
- Good attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to follow safety, security, and housekeeping procedures
