Responsibilities
As a Poultry Farm Worker at Darwalla, your responsibilities will include:
- Walking in poultry sheds and performing daily care routines
- Collecting eggs and assisting in grading and packing
- Cleaning and sanitizing sheds, equipment, and work areas
- Following strict biosecurity and animal welfare protocols
- Wearing provided uniforms and safety equipment, including participating in shower-on/shower-off procedures
- Learning and performing tasks under supervision, with full training provided
- Reporting any operational or safety concerns to supervisors
- Working collaboratively with a multicultural team to achieve daily production goals
- Adhering to farm rules regarding pet ownership and external poultry exposure
