Responsibilities
- Perform meat processing tasks in a safe and efficient manner
- Complete on-the-job training to meet production and quality standards
- Work collaboratively as part of an active team
- Follow health and safety, quality, and technical compliance requirements
- Maintain a positive and hardworking attitude during shifts
- Meet productivity and performance expectations
- Support evening shift operations between 3:00 PM and 1:00 AM
- Use provided safety gear and work clothing correctly
- Comply with company policies and workplace procedures
Requirements
- No previous experience required (full training provided)
- Eligible to work in New Zealand
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to attend work regularly and work well in a team
- Ability to understand and follow health and safety requirements
- Physically fit for processing work
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical checks, criminal convictions check, and drug screening
- Availability for evening shift work
