Job Requirements
- At least NZQF Level 1 qualification or equivalent
- Ability to work 30 to 60 hours per week
- Experience operating cleaning machines and equipment safely
- Ability to follow workplace health and safety procedures
- Willingness to use protective gear when required
- Physically fit to perform cleaning tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing
- Ability to identify and report defects in plumbing fixtures or equipment
- Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Availability to start from 26/01/2026
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to vacuum carpets, curtains, furniture, and work areas
- Skill in cleaning, dusting, and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Knowledge of bathroom and laundry area cleaning and disinfection
- Ability to apply cleaning agents and solvents safely to remove stains
- Experience cleaning walls, ceilings, windows, stone, and metal surfaces
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic reporting skills for maintenance and equipment issues
