About the Role
As a Management Assistant, you will act as the right hand to the Regional Manager and Projects Director. Your role will go beyond routine administration and will include financial reporting, KPI tracking, project documentation, and coordination between site teams, management, and clients. You will regularly use advanced Excel and PowerBI, manage payment follow-ups, and conduct site visits when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily executive support to senior management
- Manage calendars, priorities, and administrative workflows
- Prepare financial reports using Excel and PowerBI
- Track project costs, KPIs, and performance indicators
- Maintain accurate project documentation and filing systems
- Follow up on client payments, invoicing, and collections
- Coordinate communication between site engineers, management, and clients
- Conduct site visits to collect data and support project coordination
- Ensure reports and records are accurate and up to date
Candidate Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
- Background in Finance or Accounting (preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros)
- Experience using PowerBI dashboards
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
- Experience with Zoho Suite (strong advantage)
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in Arabic or Hindi (required)
