Key Responsibilities
- Participate in on-the-job training to learn processing and production tasks.
- Work as an active team member, attending work daily and collaborating effectively with colleagues.
- Follow all health and safety, quality, and technical compliance procedures.
- Perform assigned production duties efficiently during scheduled shifts (evenings between 2:50 pm to 12:00 am).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by learning new skills and following operational guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
- No prior experience is necessary; all training is provided.
