Key Responsibilities
- Ensure guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas are clean, tidy, and meet hotel standards.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, including neatly arranged furniture, plumped pillows, and sparkling mirrors.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly to supervisors.
- Support the housekeeping team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Work proactively and efficiently to complete assigned tasks while adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.
- Assist in replenishing guest supplies, linens, and amenities as needed.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to create a seamless guest experience.
- Participate in training and departmental meetings to stay updated on procedures and standards.
Requirements
