The Property, Energy & Construction Insurance team works on a mix of advisory and contentious matters. This includes handling high-value coverage and reinsurance disputes across property, construction (CAR/EAR/DSU/TPL), engineering, power, energy, and terrorism/political violence lines.

The successful candidate will gain significant exposure to advising global insurance and reinsurance companies on large-scale, complex claims. The role offers the chance to work on matters across Singapore, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and other regions.

Recent examples of the team’s work include advising on coverage and recoveries for claims arising in Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Maldives, China, South Korea, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Nepal, Vietnam, Australia, New Caledonia, Oman, Japan, the Netherlands, the United States, Macau SAR, Cambodia, and Laos.
