Job Summary: Production Team Leader
As a Production Team Leader, you will oversee all aspects of safety, quality, productivity, cost control, and employee development in your designated production area. You will play a key leadership role in executing the daily manufacturing plan while implementing best practices from TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and continuous improvement frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a production team at the Reaction Chemistry Plant in Dammam.
- Ensure operations comply with all internal policies and external regulations.
- Monitor and improve production KPIs including safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Lead daily toolbox meetings and conduct accident/incident investigations.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Production Planner, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Quality).
- Manage raw materials and packaging availability for uninterrupted line runs.
- Oversee line setup, changeovers, and adherence to mixing, filling, and packaging instructions.
- Track production data using SAP and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
- Lead 5S housekeeping initiatives and maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Train and coach team members to improve flexibility and competency.
- Respond proactively to maintenance needs, quality deviations, and safety concerns.
- Prepare reports and share performance updates with the Production Manager.
- Foster a collaborative team culture that prioritizes results, communication, and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience:
- 5+ years in a chemical plant or warehouse environment
- 3+ years in reaction chemistry
- 2+ years in a production supervisory role

- Technical Skills:
