Job Summary – Role Overview

This role is part of Esco Aster’s cellular agriculture team, where you will be directly involved in the large-scale production of cultured chicken using fibroblastic cell lines. Your work will contribute to ensuring consistent, high-quality production in compliance with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) guidelines. You will be based at Esco Aster’s facility in Ayer Rajah, Singapore, working under the guidance of a Bioprocess Scientist – Cellular Agriculture.

Key Responsibilities

As part of this role, you will:

  • Perform cell culture with a focus on chicken embryo cells.

  • Analyze cell metabolites and medium components using bioanalytical methods.
  • Troubleshoot challenges with cell lines effectively.
  • Work independently while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

  • Support sales teams with technical input, marketing content, and quotations.
